Round House has several unique spaces in Montgomery County that are available to rent for a variety of events, from performances and parties, to meetings and workshops.
Round House Theatre, located at 4545 East-West Highway in Bethesda, features a 340-350 seat theatre space with a thrust, proscenium stage and balcony. A small donor lounge in the Fourth Wall Bar & Cafe is perfect for pre- or post-show group gatherings and can accommodate 15-20, or be expanded into the bar area for 40. Our stylish Main Lobby allows for large receptions up to 200. As a flexible space, our new Event Room can service mid-range events and dinners for ~65 depending on the room configuration.

Due to Round House performance schedules, as well as load-ins and techs, the theatre’s availability is very limited. Off-nights use by outside groups may be scheduled on the set of the show running at that time.
Round House Theatre's Education Center, located at 925 Wayne Avenue in Silver Spring, has five classrooms, including a dance studio with a spring floor and a mirrored wall. Classrooms are suitable for meetings of up to 30, with tables and chairs available.

FACILITY MAINTENANCE FEES
Round House seeks to maximize the use of the County facilities in Silver Spring—making them available and accessible to a diverse range of performance organizations. All groups pay a Facility Maintenance Fee to Round House to help defray the costs of staffing, equipment, technical support, and maintenance provided by Round House for all groups. Accumulated maintenance fees cover only a portion of Round House’s total expenses for maintaining the spaces.
Use of spaces in Round House Silver Spring by non-arts organizations must be approved by Montgomery County after preference has been given to arts groups. All non-arts groups will pay the commercial rate for Facility Maintenance.
