Our box office is open on Tuesday-Friday from 12-5 pm.
All sales are final. No refunds. Shows, artists, dates, times, and details are subject to change without notice. Prices are subject to change based on demand.
Single ticket fees: A $4.50 service fee and a $2.50 facility fee are applied to all single ticket purchases via phone, in person, and online.
Exchanges: Exchanges can be made up to 48 hours before a scheduled performance. Season subscribers never pay an exchange fee, they will only have to pay for any price difference. Single ticket buyers are allowed to exchange dates however they will be charged a $5 per performance exchange fee.
Late seating: If you arrive after the show has started, you will be seated at management’s discretion.
Third-party ticket sellers: Tickets to Round House Theatre productions can be purchased directly through our website, TodayTix, or Goldstar. We currently have no working relationship with other third-party sellers. Tickets purchased through any other source may not be legitimate, and may not be exchanged, returned, or altered in any way. Purchasing tickets with intent of resale is strictly prohibited.
FREE PLAY
Please note that Free Play is only available for Round House mainstage productions, not special events.
At Round House, it's free for anyone aged 13 through college to see our mainstage productions through our Free Play ticket initiative, which ties into our greater strategy to develop theatre audiences of tomorrow by providing rich, meaningful arts experiences today. This program promotes the accessibility of theatre and deepens ties between artists and members of the community. The recent expansion of this program helps to remove the financial barrier to theatre attendance for a wider range of students. Click here for more information or to book tickets.
Please note: If you are 20 years old or older, you must provide proof of current college enrollment. Conditions apply to minors requesting tickets to productions with content advisories.

ON THE HOUSE
On the House is a community ticket access program that provides complimentary group tickets to 501(c)(3) nonprofit organizations and community-serving organizations with a 501(c)(3) fiscal sponsors who are interested in sharing the enjoyment of live theatre with their constituents.

Pay-What-You-Can
Round House Theatre offers two Pay-What-You-Can (PWYC) performances during the first week of each production. PWYC tickets go on sale online or by phone only (no walk-up sales) beginning three weeks before the first performance of each show. The patron decides the admission price (starting at a minimum price of $2 per ticket). Limit of two tickets per order. PWYC tickets are subject to availability.

2-for-1 Tuesday
All tickets to Tuesday night performances are buy one, get one free! Any seat you choose! It’s our way of making sure our plays remain as accessible as possible to our patrons. 2-for-1 Tuesday tickets are available online or by phone (240.644.1100) with promo code TWOFORONE beginning approximately one month before the first performance of each show. Please note that this offer may be discontinued at any time. Discounts may not be combined. Not valid on previously purchased tickets.

Blue Star Theatre Program
Round House Theatre has a long-standing commitment to the military personnel in our community and we welcome you to our theatre.
For our 2023-2024 Season, Active Duty Military and their immediate families may purchase tickets at $10 off the single ticket price.
Take a look at our lineup of shows, then contact our Box Office at 240.644.1100 and identify yourself as military personnel. This offer is limited to four tickets per ID and is subject to availability. ID must be presented at Will Call when picking up your tickets. This offer is not valid with any other discounts or on previously purchased tickets.

Theatre Union Discounts
Members of Actors' Equity, Dramatists Guild, IATSE, USA, and SDC may purchase up to two tickets at $10 each on the day of the performance at the Box Office. Not available for advance sale. Limit two tickets for the entire production run.
Admission and Re-admission to the Theatre
If you must exit the theatre before a scheduled break, please do so as quickly and quietly as possible.
Re-admission to the theatre will occur at the discretion of the house manager.
At some performances, especially those performances without an intermission, patrons who leave the theatre prior to the end of the performance may not be able to be re-admitted to the theatre.
Round House Theatre reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.
Cameras and Recording Devices
Camera and recording devices are not allowed in the theatre. Use of such devices may result in ejection without refund.
Cancelled Performances
Round House reserves the right to make schedule and production changes at any time. When possible, we will contact all ticket holders regarding the cancellation of a specific performance. Please make sure to provide a phone number or email address when ordering to ensure we can reach you.
Cell Phones, Pagers, Watch Alarms, and Electronic Devices
Please turn off all cell phones, pagers, watches, and other electronic devices upon entering the theatre.
Please don’t text during the performance—it is distracting to actors and audience members alike.
Please remember to turn your devices off at the end of intermission.
Content Guidance
We at Round House want patrons to feel informed and empowered about their theatre-going experiences, so when applicable, we share content advisories for our productions. If you have specific questions or concerns, please call our Box Office at 240.644.1100. Please note that content advisory information below may reveal plot information. Please also note that content advisories will be updated as necessary.
Children
Children under the age of 4 will not be admitted to performances at Round House.
All patrons, including children, must have a ticket in order to be admitted.
House Management may ask patrons (including children and their parents) who create a disturbance to leave the theatre. There are no refunds or exchanges for patrons who are asked to leave the theatre.
Curtain Times and Late Seating
Round House performances begin promptly at the appointed time.
Latecomers will be seated solely at the discretion of the house manager at the designated late seating break.
Latecomers will be seated in the nearest available seats and will be permitted to move to their regular seats at intermission.
No refunds will be issued to latecomers.
Dress Code
There’s no dress code at Round House. Generally, we advise patrons to avoid wearing their fanciest tuxedoes or their most hole-ridden clothes. Anything falling between those extremes is usually alright when attending a play at Round House.
Many patrons dress in business casual for regular performances and in formal business attire for Opening Nights. It’s your choice!
Food and Drink
No food is allowed in the theatre. Drinks in non-glass containers with tops are allowed.
